Artist Bio
“It all started with blowing bubbles in the basement.”
Rebecca Jaworski has had a long career in marketing + sales. Her past creative works have been expressed through field marketing experiences and digital content. In 2024 however, she decided to become a full time artist, living and painting in Saint Louis, MO. Her mobile company, Popped Art Shop, is a new venture and life change that she started with her husband, Cary.
This was not the original plan for Saint Louis, but after investing time and energy into understanding a deep need for a personal shift… Rebecca discovered the technique of bubble painting. This technique presented her with an opportunity to try something new, while also unknowingly receiving therapeutic benefits. Breath work, a quiet mind, and play are invited to this paint party.
Bubble Recipe
Start with a straw, mason jar, acrylic paint, tap water and dish soap. The recipe is approximately 1 TBS of paint, 1 TBS of dish soap and 4-6 TBS of water. The water and mixing works best added slowly. Use the straw to mix it all together. Blow bubbles and mix, repeat until the bubbles look colorful. You will need watercolor paper, drop cloths, smock (or similar covering). Now, you're ready! Have fun!

Rebecca and Cary can be found at local maker and artisan events around the Saint Louis, MO area. The market booth will range from one six-foot table to a 10x10 booth. We will have a sampling of work including various sized original paintings, art cards and prints, one of a kind decoupage earrings and stickers.
